Creating a Culture by Choice\u2122<\/strong> is an ongoing process that takes into account several factors. Culture can affect business results in a number of ways, both positive and negative. For example, cultures that are not aligned with an organization\u2019s key objectives and organizational goals can lead to decreased loyalty and high employee turnover, a lack of motivation, low productivity and performance.
