LBJ Investment Partners, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on our website culturebychoice.com. LBJ collects information from our users who request information via the online form. A user must provide contact information such as name, and email address for us to respond to their request. LBJ does not sell or otherwise provide any contact information given to outside companies and is committed to treating such information as confidential.

IP addresses may in some cases be linked to your Personal Information. We use the tracked information, including IP addresses, to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Website.

Our Website has specific areas where clients can purchase products and services, register for training/workshops/webinarsand update their contact information. Users may access our Website to take the Talent Insight Profile™ assessment which is comprised of a series of questions and reports derived from an individual’s particular responses to these questions. An individual may participate in Talent Insight Profile™ assessment and respond to the questionnaire on his or her own initiative or at the request of an employer, a prospective employer, educational, religious or not-for-profit organization, other entity and/or consultant (personal Information and the reports about you generated in connection with the Talent Insight Profile™ assessment will not be transferred or disclosed by LBJto a third party (other than the Sponsoring Organization, and the assessment administrators, if applicable) without your express written permission. Permission may be in the form of (i) an email addressed to”). In order to have access to the questionnaire an individual is requested to provide us with certain identifying Information. If you are taking the Talent Insight Profile™ assessment at the request of a Sponsoring Organization, by participating in theTalent Insight Profile™ assessment you are consenting to our disclosure of your personal information to that Sponsoring Organization. Access to your personal information will be granted to the Sponsoring Organization and to those within LBJwho have a need of such information for business reasons associated with providing and administering the Talent Insight Profile™ assessment. If you do not wish for the Sponsoring Organization to gain access to your personal information, please do not proceed with the Talent Insight Profile™ assessment. In providing your personal information to Sponsoring Organizations, we may disclose the Talent Insight Profile™ assessment, but we will not disclose your particular answers to any particular questions in the personality assessment portions of any questionnaire, other than questions about your identity. We do not barter, trade or sell access to your personal information, other than with your written permission, as set forth below.

Your personal information and the reports about you generated in connection with the Talent Insight Profile™ assessment will not be transferred or disclosed by LBJ to a third party (other than the Sponsoring Organization, if applicable) without your express written permission. Permission may be in the form of (i) an email addressed to helpdesk@culturebychoice.com, which must be sent from the email address associated with your name in our database. The party to whom the transfer will be made will be responsible for our customary administrative charges associated with this transfer.

For research purposes, we may aggregate your responses to our questionnaire with the responses of other individuals to develop group norms, conduct validation studies, perform statistical analysis, and develop new products and other similar activities to improve our assessments for future use.

We may disclose personal information about you if such disclosure is required by federal, state, local or other government regulations. In such cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to disclose only the information required under applicable law.
